NISKA

Confirm-gated agentic hotel management

- Confirm-gated
- Company
- NISKA INNOVATIONS LLC (US)
I founded NISKA INNOVATIONS LLC (United States) to build an agentic hotel management system. Specialist agents share one property model. Guest-facing and commercial autonomy remains confirm-gated, so the hotel can review an action before it executes.
NISKA encodes the operating constraint I learned on property: price, channel, message, and stay have to agree, or margin erodes. The company is US-based; I lead day-to-day from Bengaluru, India. The first go-to-market focus is India—OTA-heavy distribution, GST, WhatsApp-native guests, and DPDP-aware data handling—with architecture designed to expand. Company site: niskagroup.com. This page is the personal record.
Outcomes
- Product design starts from hotel operations, not a generic AI wrapper.
- Eight specialist agents share one property model instead of siloed bots.
- A person confirms before an agent changes a rate, a message, or a stay.
- Company domicile: United States; day-to-day leadership from Bengaluru, India.
- Go-to-market begins in India: OTA mix, GST, WhatsApp, and DPDP-aware handling.
sysotel.ai
Founder and CEO
AI revenue, yield, and multi-channel distribution
- Client profitability lift
- 25%
- Acquisition growth
- 40% YoY
- Hotel revenue on platform
- $100M+
- Team scale
- 50+
I founded and led an AI revenue and yield platform for hotels—pricing, forecasting, and multi-channel distribution in one system. Commercial expansion covered India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
sysotel.ai was the first company I owned end to end: product, go-to-market, and a team accountable for hotel profitability without displacing the revenue manager. The lesson that carries into NISKA: automation the property cannot see is automation the hotel will not trust.
Outcomes
- Client profitability rose 25% where dynamic pricing and yield automation were in use.
- Client acquisition grew 40% year on year through enterprise partnerships.
- Hotels on the platform represented more than $100 million in aggregated revenue.
- The company scaled past 50 people across sales, marketing, technology, and operations.
- Markets spanned India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Rev Matrix
Managing Partner
Hotel-technology implementation with commercial ownership
- Hotels adopted
- 25+
- Avg. revenue uplift
- 30%
- Portfolio managed
- $10M+
Revenue consulting and hotel-technology distribution. We implemented PMS, booking engines, channel managers, RMS, and business-intelligence tools—and stayed accountable for commercial outcomes after go-live.
Rev Matrix sat between the vendor catalogue and the hotel P&L: mapping, training, go-live, and the revenue conversation after the software was live. Owning the outcome after install still shapes how I build product.
Outcomes
- Led adoption for more than 25 hotels across PMS, booking engines, channel managers, and RMS.
- Average revenue uplift on that book was 30%.
- Hospitality portfolio under management exceeded $10 million.
- Implementation included mapping, training, and post-go-live commercial follow-through.
GoXplore India
Managing Director
B2B hotel distribution for MICE and corporates
- Partner network
- 500+
- Hotel revenue growth
- 25% YoY
- Booking conversion lift
- 45%
A B2B distribution network connecting hotels with MICE organisers, travel agents, and corporates. I built owned distribution systems rather than renting partner relationships.
GoXplore treated channel mix as a product problem: who brings the group, how the lead is tracked, and whether the hotel retains the guest relationship after the stay. Analytics on the book mattered more than brochure partnerships.
Outcomes
- The platform connected more than 500 MICE, corporate, and travel partners.
- Hotel revenue on the book rose 25% year on year.
- Analytics-led lead tracking lifted booking conversion by 45%.
- Distribution was owned as a system, not rented as a broker relationship.
Cambay Hotels & Resorts
General Manager, Sales & Marketing
From rooms leadership to national hotel sales
- Hotels in sales remit
- 13
- Annual revenue growth
- 15%
- New corporate business
- $2M
- Direct booking lift
- 40%
Progressed through rooms: rooms division manager in Gandhinagar, general manager in Udaipur, area general manager in Jaipur. After leading MICE sales at ISTA in Ahmedabad, returned as general manager of sales and marketing for 13 luxury and heritage hotels.
Cambay is where revenue became a standing commercial discipline—city mix, channel mix, and whether the brand could pull direct demand. ISTA (2014–2015) was the bridge year: senior sales manager for meetings and events before returning to lead sales and marketing across the Cambay portfolio.
Outcomes
- Sales leadership delivered 15% annual revenue growth and $2 million in new corporate business.
- National sales covered more than 30 cities.
- Digital initiatives and a brand reset lifted direct bookings by 40%.
- ISTA, 2014–2015: senior sales manager for meetings and events.
- Earlier path: rooms division, general manager (Udaipur), area general manager (Jaipur).
Hotel operations
Front office to unit leadership
Property operations that still inform product design

Hotel Silver Palace and The Imperial Palace in Rajkot; unit manager at Leo Resorts; assistant front office manager and front office manager at Royal Orchid Hotels, Ahmedabad. Later chapters extend this operating foundation.
The first commercial judgments I trusted were made on property, not in a deck: who arrives, who pays, which room can actually be assigned, and what the night audit will show. That room remains the test for every product decision.
Outcomes
- Arrivals, occupied nights, and house count were the daily score.
- Hotel Silver Palace and The Imperial Palace in Rajkot were the first properties.
- Leo Resorts developed unit leadership before brand-system environments.
- Royal Orchid Ahmedabad: assistant front office manager, then front office manager.
- Commercial judgment began on property—and still anchors product decisions.
